A PERFECT NEW ENGLAND SUMMER WEDDING
August in New England is tyically very hot and humid, but Chelsea and Reio had the most perfect weather on their wedding day.
Scattered clouds, a gentle breeze, the lush greenery, and the magestic mansion. The perfect backdrop to celebrete these two lovers.
Wadworth Mansion at Long Hill is one of my favorite venues in Connecticut. A true gem.
Surrounded by lush gardens and scenic pathways, the mansion’s ambiance is nothing short of magical.
The morning of August 11th, 2024 I met Chelsea and Reio at the Blake Hotel in New Haven.
The day started slow, just the way I like it.
After a few bottles of champage – there’s no such thing as too much champagne- and getting Chelsea and Reio ready, we all headed out to the Mansion.
We found the most perfect spot for their first look, and Reio saw Chelsea in her dress for the first time.
Words of love, promises, and tears of happiness were shared.
I love when couples choose to have a first look; not only this helps to ease the nerves, but it also allows me to capture these raw moments and emotions.
Their wedding party cheered them on and celebrated them, wishing for the most romantic ceremony and the most fun reception.
Standing on the lawn, sourrounded by hydrangeas and their loved ones, Chelsea and Reio said “yes”.
Now it was time to eat, drink, and dance!!!
The dining room was a romantic oasis, an intimate athmosphere, a candlelit dream.
After all the formalities were done, Chelsea got into her second outfit and the party started!!!!
The perfect end, to a perfect day, with a perfect couple.
